Northeast Laser Brick Marking Has Arrived!
Using our own proprietary brick marking method, Northeast Laser now offers brick paver marking for both fundraising and/or decorative walkways. NLE has the capacity and expertise to insure that your fund-raising project is processed correctly and in a timely basis. The option of providing your data in Excel spreadsheet format reduces the possibility of errors and allows for a cost savings for your organization. Northeast Laser Now Represents Miyachi Unitek Laser Welding Systems
Northeast Laser is now the Northeast U.S. territory representative for Miyachi Unitek Corporation (MUC) laser welders and systems. With our expanding laser welding department standardized on Miyachi Unitek systems, Northeast Laser was the logical choice to assist MUC in their laser systems sales efforts. Our experience with Miyachi Unitek lasers allows Northeast Laser to provide accurate information on MUC products and performance. In addition, potential customers now have an east coast location to see several laser systems in operation. If your product volume is not at the level to currently justify your own laser system, NLE can provide contract services and assist in the transition to your own system when the time warrants. Six New Fiber Laser Systems Now On Line
Northeast Laser has moved to the next step in our evolution as a job shop and system integrator. In the first quarter of 2005, NLE integrated its first fiber laser marking system and put it through the rigors of a 24-hour a day job shop operation. The results were so good that we have added five additional fiber laser systems in the last quarter of 2005. Though fiber lasers have a long way to go to match the performance of our lamp pumped systems in all applications, the added capacity and unique capabilities of the fiber systems has added another level to NLE’s laser marking capacity and versatility.
Electropolishing and Passivating Capacity Doubled!
In the first few months of 2005, it was clear that the fast-rising demand for our electropolishing and passivating processes would soon outpace our capacity. We immediately added a second passivating tank, and then proceeded to design and build in a second electropolishing tank and power supply. Completed late in 2005, the additional capacity has added to our ability to service our current customers, and has NLE poised to take on additional electropolishing work.
